Inorganic Materials

Building on a long history of producing heterogeneous catalysts, Euro Support has the know-how and the process technology in-house to produce different types of inorganic materials for applications like sorption, batteries, dielectrics, fuel cells, personal protection and so on. Our experience and capabilities to produce advanced materials place us in a strong position to scale up and produce essential materials for emerging fields like the energy transition, biorenewables, recycling.

Commercial scale manufacturing

Once specifications have been met, Euro Support has the capabilities to move directly to commercial-scale production. Our flexible plants, modern equipment and 24/7 production allow us to handle scales ranging from kilograms to tons. Euro Support’s longstanding experience and solid reputation is your guarantee to produce the quality you need, year after year.

To meet your requirements in the custom-design or toll manufacturing of your products, both our pilot plants and industrial plants are outfitted with all the equipment needed for manufacturing processes like

Precipitation and impregnation of powders and shaped bodies
Filtration and Washing
Drying powders by spray drying
Shaping like compaction, extrusion and tabletting
Calcination up to 1200°C in stationary, rotary and pusher kilns also equipped with inert and after treatment (for example deNOx, organics)
Quality control – a full line of analytical capabilities.

Product Scale-up

For Euro Support, no batch is too small, no challenge too great; we aim to be your active partner when it comes to scale-up. We have the know-how to develop and manufacture the right product, in the right form to meet your specifications, and in the quantities you need.

From our fully equipped development lab, our researchers develop your sample in batches ranging from a few grams to a few kilos. And once your specifications for the product have been met to satisfaction, our dedicated pilot plant can scale up to samples of 1 to 50 kilograms, or we can move directly to the commercial-production scale, with flexible plants, modern equipment, 24/7 production and scales ranging from hundreds of kilograms to thousands of tons.

Raw materials sourcing

Through our international network in Europe, the U.S. and the Far East, we provide customers with the leverage they need in raw materials sourcing. This includes finding potential suppliers, the analysis and testing of materials, and the organization of logistics and import formalities (including REACH).

Whereas most of our materials sourcing activities are designed to support our own (catalyst) manufacturing services, for UOP’s Versal product range we provide distributorship services for the entire European market. This includes the immediate shipment of most common, available materials to meet any unexpected or urgent requirements.
